Engineering Assistant – Total 1290 Posts (SC-201 ST-135 OBC-295 PWD-37 UR-659)
Technician – Total 340 Posts (SC-54 ST-34 OBC-71 -PWD-7 Ex Servicemen-35 UR-181)

Pay Band & Pay Scale+Grade Pay -

 Engineering Assistant: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 +GP 4200/-
Technician: PB-1 Rs.5200-20,200 +GP 2400/-

Educational Qualification -

For Engineering Assistant:

 (i)A Candidate should have one year experience in the related field

OR
(ii)(a)A Candidate should have degree with Physics as one of the subjects from a recognized University/
Institute.
(b)Should have one year experience in the related field.
 OR

(iii) Degree in Telecommunication/Electronics/Electrical/Information Technology/
Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.

Desirable: Knowledge of Wireless Radio Engineering.

For Technician:
(i)A candidate should be 10+2 pass from a recognized Board.
(ii)Should have Diploma of at least 2 years duration in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
