Elligibility

Officers of the central government or state government or union territories or central armed police forces, including Sashastra Seema Bal, having a degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent;

 1) Holding similar post in the pay band4 Rs.37400-67000 with gross pay of 8700 or equivalent or regular basis in parent cadre or department having fifteen years of experience in dealing with legal matters as well as court cases

Or

 2) Should be a member of the sate judicial srvice holding comparable post in the pay band of Rs.37400-67000 or equivalent having fifteen years of experience in dealing with legal matters and court cases.

OR

 3)An Officer with ten years of regular service in the G.P. of band3 Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of 6600 having fifteen years experience in dealing with legal matters as well as court cases.
